The reason I was so drawn to this diagram is because it is so true. I have found that just by standing up straight, I increase my running speed. When I say standing up start, I mean standing with your chest out with absolute confidence. Believe me it works! Another helpful bit of advice is to not clinch your fists while you run. As everyone one knows, running can be completely exhausting. At times, I find myself tightening my fists out of anger at how hard or how slow my body seems to be going. However, it makes sense. When you make a fist, you use energy, energy that could be used towards your run.
